Hey loves,
So today’s post is a bit interesting. It’s actually one of those tag videos from Youtube created by the wonderful and dramafree OG Beauty Youtuber EmilyNoel83 (visit her channel here). The idea is that if you had a $1000 to spend without restrictions, what would you buy on Sephora?
So let’s take a look at my Sephora Fantasy Basket!
So I did some math before choosing my fantasy basket, because obviously a $1000 isn’t the same as β¬1000. So I calculated (well Google did) and β¬1000 is the same as $1141,41. And with that in mind, I started shopping. My strategy was quite simple, at first. Find the things that immediately pop up in my mind, like the Tower 28 products and a Pat McGrath palette. After the first initial products, I started browsing on category like ‘Face-Eyes-Lips’ and completed my basket like that. It’s surprising how fast you reach a β¬1000 and how expensive this hobby can be, haha.
I also noticed that I went for very specific brands and had a lot of things from them in my basket. So my favourite or more desired brands are definitely well presented in this fantasy basket. Therefore I might post this in brand categories. I went a bit over the budget with a total of $1155 (β¬1011) but I wouldn’t mind spending the extra β¬10, haha. So let’s see what’s in my Sephora Fantasy Basket!
Primer
Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Face Primer $38
So this primer is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, but I haven’t been able to pick it up. Most people that have this are very postive about and say that this gives a slight glow to the face. I’m not the biggest fan of primers but I am when they give a glow to the face. I also really like the vibrant, orange packaging haha.

Foundation
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer $47
So this is an OG product for me. Almost all of my favourite beauty youtubers love this product but I never convince myself to buy it. So this would be a great opportunity to do so!
Milk Makeup Sunshine Skin Tint $42
This product is still not available in Europe and I want it so badly. It looks like my type of foundation. Sheer to medium, buildable and dewy. This was one of the first foundations that I thought off when doing this tag.
Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint $46
This is a product that I want to try because of Julia Adams (Youtube channel here). This foundation looks so beautiful on the skin and Ilia recently rebranded and their new packaging is too die for! I like it so much haha.
Milk Makeup Flex Foundation Stick $36
Again another beautiful foundation that I’ve been wanting for so long. I actually love stick foundations so much and whenever I see this one, it looks so natural and dewy on the face. Definitely a must on the fantasy basket!
Concealer
Kosas Revealer Super Creamy Brighting Concealer $28
Again another item that a lot of people seem to love. Kosas has some products that really interest me but this creamy, luminous concealer is on top of the list!
Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer $30
This concealer is such an OG and years after the hype, people still love and use this. I’m such a big fan of concealer and this is one of those that I just need to try someday, haha.
Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer $34
There isn’t much talk about this concealer and I wonder why. Hourglass is such a beautiful brand and I have loved every single product I have purchased from them. The few people that I’ve seen using this love this concealer for its creaminess and natural finish, so I really want to try it out. Fantasy basket or not, I will try this soon!
Bronzer
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand $38
If this isn’t another hyped up product. But I want it so badly haha. I always see people apply this and then blend it out, within two seconds. I personally love cream products and this looks lovely.
Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate $88
This is so expensive and I’ll probably won’t buy this in the near future because EXPENSIVE. But I’ve seen sooo many people saying that they love this product, specifically the bronzer pan. When people say this is worth$88 I want to try it out, you know? But only in a fantasy basket for now, haha.
Tower 28 Bronzino Illuminating Bronzer $20
Another gorgeous brand and this is the first product of many on the list from this brand. The aesthetic is doing things to me and I love the look of this bronzer. Again Julia Adams on Youtube really likes this bronzer and I’m intrigued.
Lilah B Bronzed Beauty Bronzer Duo $42
Another bronzer, I’m a bronzer lover what can I say? Lilah B is another brand that’s highly on the ‘want to try’-list but again, they’re more on the expensive side. A lot of beauty content creators seem to love this bronzer and I think it looks dreamy!
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer $52
Ever since trying out the Unlocked Palette and Edit 4, I’ve been wanting to buy an individual Hourglass Bronzer. There’s something about the sheeniness and blendability of these bronzers that I love so much.
Blush
Tower 28 BeachPlease Tinted Lip + Cheek Balm (2) $20
I actually have two shades of this product in my fantasy basket. I have Golden Hour (an orange) and Magic Hour (which is more neutral). Everytime I see these blushes in videos, I’m just obsessed. These look so wet and dewy on the skin and I love the colours.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Dim Infusion $40
I love Hourglass as you can probably tell. I already have the Strobe Lighting Blush in Brilliant Nude and I really like that one. I recently saw Samantha Ravndahl using this colour and I love the look of it. Buildable and slightly peachy. Super pretty.
Nudestix Nudies Matte in Nude Peach $32
I love the Nudestix Nudies Matte and I already own Bondi Bae (bronzer) and Salty Siren (new blush shade). They’re really lovely and I think Nude Peach is the perfect addition to my collection.
Nudestix Nudies Bloom in Sweet Peach Peony $32
Another Nudestix product, surprise haha. The Nudies Bloom is a different formula. It’s more dewy and glossy looking and I’ve seen so many videos and blog posts on this and I really want it. This is definitely going on the Fantasy Basket.
Patrick TA Major Beauty Headlines Crème & Powder Blush $34
I love the aesthetic of Patrick Ta’s brand. The packaging and products seem well thought out and I almost bought his previous blushes. But then I saw these and I was sold immediately. These blushes look so gorgeous and I’ve seen positive reviews.
Highlighter
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter $44
Do I have to say anything? This product is so hyped and I love cream/liquid highlighters haha. I also feel like there’s a lot of product and it seems to look fabulous on the skin!
Tower 28 SuperDew Shimmer-free Highlight Balm $18
Another Tower 28 product! Something about their brand just speaks to me. This is their (I think it’s clear) highlighting balm and I really like the finish and look of it, again. Seems like such a dreamy and easy to apply product.
Nars Highlighting Powder Fort de France $38
I’m not the biggest fan of powder highlighters anymore. Even the ones I loved so much in the past and my fav powder highlighter right now, don’t compare to the cream products I own. However, so many people seem to mention this highlighter as one of their favourites and it seems really lovely. I would definitely put this in the basket!
Eyes
Pat McGrath Labs Mothership V Eyeshadow Palette – Bronze Seduction $125
Pat McGrath is such a dreamy brand to me. Dreamy because they’re expensive and owning a product is a dream right now haha. But also because there’s so much hype and mystery behind her products. Is it worth the hype/price? Bronze Seduction is currently the palette that I would purchase because it has the most interesting and beautiful colour scheme.
Lips
Kosas Wet Lip Oil Gloss in Jellyfish $27
I love lipgloss and Kosas seems to have really nice lipglosses haha. The packaging is so pretty and I’m really intrigued by the lip oil part, you know? I prefer clear glosses because they’re very easy to throw.
Tower 28 ShineOn Jelly Lip Gloss $14
Again Tower 28, what can I say? I’m obsessed haha. They also have some really cool lipglosses and I decided to put the clear one in the basket, although they have a nice orange colour that I also have my eyes on, haha.
Skincare
SuperGoop! Unseen Sunscreen $34
Sunscreen is such an essential in your skincare routine against aging, but I really don’t like most sunscreens. I have a sunscreen from La Roche-Posay right now and I love that one! But I feel like so many people talk about this sunscreen and I’m really interested.
Youth To The People Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser $36
I like a minimal skincare routine, but I have to have my double cleansing man. Double cleansing is a must! I personally love the look of this cleanser and a lot of people seem to like it. I also have sensitive skin so anything that’s clean is good to me.
Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm $34
Again another cleanser. This is a cleansing balm which will melt away the makeup and I really like the look of it. Again the people that have tried this seem to really like it.
Milk Makeup Vegan Milk Moisturizer $38
Milk Makeup is a brand that I haven’t tried yet, but I want to try so many things from them. This moisturizer is one of them. It’s vegan which I LOVE and I’m actually on the hunt for a moisturizer that is very lightweight on the skin and doesn’t suffocate it too much.
Milk Makeup Vegan Milk Cleanser $30
Another cleanser haha. I love the fluorescent green-yellow packaging and I love the claims of this cleanser. Again it’s vegan which I love.
That’s it for my β¬1000 Sephora Fantasy Basket, haha. We have 30 items and it just goes to show you how expensive makeup is. This hobby of mine and ours is an investment. What are some product on your fantasy basket? Do we have some similar ones?
Lots of love and see you soon!
