FORMULA

The formula of the Cheeky Gloss Bomb is very similar to the original and immensely popular Fenty Glow shade. I would say it’s slightly thinner and less heavy on the lips. But still thick and glossy to the max. I love the sheen of these glosses.

The sheen is only boosted by the shimmer particles of Cheeky. There are orangy-golden shimmer particles in the gloss which gives the gloss another layer of dimension and shine. But the formula is still smooth and you can’t feel any of the sparkles. It has nice longevity but of course, don’t expect an 8-hour wear time out of a gloss. The formula is very moisturising though and I often find myself reapplying this. Oh and btw, it smells amazing.

Cheeky is described as a shimmering bright red orange. Now, I must say that it definitely looks orange in the bottle, but applied to the lips it looks more like a pinkish gloss with orange shimmer. I wish it was more orange but that’s my personal preference, haha. I still really love the colour and I think it’s a pink that actually suits my complexion quite nicely!

The Fenty Gloss Bombs are one of my favourite gloss formulas and they deserve all the hype. I feel like the gloss bomb made glosses popular again? Or am I crazy?
Anyway, I really enjoy this colour. I think I like it even more than the original Fenty Glow colour. It smells so good and the colour really compliments my complexion.
